We arrived very late the night before a big event. Our room was nice but had a strange smell. We were changed the next day to another room. Service was very pleasant and breakfast was good too.
This was a very nice cozy hotel to visit everyone was super friendly and my room was very nice and clean...everything was on point!!
Front desk staff was really polite and nice. The rest..... not so great. The hotel itself looks like its falling apart. The towels had stains on them, there was trash under the bad including a sweater that prob belonged to a previous customer. The rest of the room was quite dirty and stains here and there of idk what. Do not be fooled by the pictures provided. I think for the price paid it should have been in better condition.
The room needed some work. The room door looked like it may have been broken into at some time because it was loose and unaligned with the door frame. However, we were treated very well by the manager who did above and beyond to get us a great deal and recover quickly from an issue caused by Trivago.
I was blown away by the modern amenities of the hotel despite being in such a small town. The owners and staff provide outstanding customer service to go along with large, comfortable rooms that include everything the modern traveler requires. My stay was made even more pleasant by the cleaning staff checking on me daily not just for towels, but anything they could do to make my stay more comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you have the opportunity!
