DO NOT do business with this place!! Terrible customer service and could care less for your business. I called them and inquired about buying some pallets, the lady transferred me to Dave. He told me "sure we have them" , quoted me a price and I asked for directions and told him I would be there. I like to keep my business local in Hickman County if possible. The last time I bought pallets in Dickson, but thought it would be nice to give business locally since it was not far out of my way. I had to meet my daughter in Centerville (12 miles from home) on some other business so I hooked my trailer up and met her, would stop by and pick up the pallets on the way back. Well got back to where I thought he said they were (6 miles back) and could not find them. Called the lady up and, evidently, we had a mix up in where Dave thought I was coming from. They were actually 6 miles on the other side of Centerville, which was now 12 miles back in the direction I just came from. Told her OK, I am headed there now. Got there, went in the office and buzzed the door for assistance. Some bald headed guy came out and I explained I was the one speaking with the lady about picking up pallets and had spoken with Dave. He said "Dave ain't here, just left for lunch, be back in 30 minutes". I said OK and explained how I had spent an hour and a half trying to find them, had just spoken with the lady and told her I on was on my way and could someone else not help me? He said "No, Dave will be back in 30 minutes". "If you spoke to him you need to wait on him". Very rude and like I was really bothering him by being there. I told him it was only 8-10 pallets, I did not go to Dickson which is closer because I wanted to buy there. He said "Then why don't you go to Dickson, we don't like selling only 10 pallets any way" very loudly and starting walking out of the room. I said, OK, so you say Dave will be back in 30 minutes? He said, "Maybe, maybe not" and walked out. When I got back in my truck and repeatedly tried to call the lady back to talk about it, all of a sudden they will not answer the phone from me. Guess he told her and they could all care less about people. I owned a business with over 30 full time employees I sold less than two years ago. If I ever found one of my employees speaking with a customer like this they would have been fired. But it seems his attitude is common there. BEWARE!!!
